Very Important

Smart IPTV requires a one-time activation fee paid directly to the app developer (not to us). This is separate from your IPTV subscription.

Recommended Method

Method 01

Smart IPTV (SIPTV) Setup

Works on both Samsung and LG Smart TVs using your TV's unique MAC address.

  1. 1

Find Smart IPTV in your TV's app store

On Samsung, open the Samsung Apps store; on LG, open the LG Content Store. Search for "Smart IPTV" or "SIPTV".

  2. 2

    Install and open the app

Install the app and open it — it will display a MAC address on screen.

  3. 3

    Register your MAC address

Go to siptv.app on your computer or phone, create an account, and register the MAC address shown on your TV.

  4. 4

    Upload your playlist

In your Smart IPTV account, upload the M3U playlist URL provided with your subscription.

  5. 5

    Activate the app (one-time fee)

Smart IPTV requires a small one-time activation payment through their site to remove the trial limitation.

  6. 6

Restart the app on your TV

Close and reopen Smart IPTV on your TV — your channels and VOD content should now load automatically.

Troubleshooting & Tips

MAC Address Location

If the app doesn't show a MAC address on first launch, check Settings within the Smart IPTV app itself — it's usually listed there.

Playlist Not Updating?

After uploading a new playlist URL to your Smart IPTV account, fully close and reopen the app on your TV to force a refresh.

Common Questions

Why do I need to pay Smart IPTV separately?

Smart IPTV is a third-party app not made by us. Its one-time activation fee goes to the app's developer and is separate from your IPTV subscription with us.

My Smart TV isn't Samsung or LG — can I still use IPTV?

Many other Smart TV platforms support similar apps (like SS IPTV) using the same MAC-address method. Contact support and we'll point you to the right app for your TV.

Do I need to re-register if I get a new TV?

Yes — each TV has its own unique MAC address, so you'll need to register that new address in your Smart IPTV account.

Channels loaded but no EPG guide data?

EPG data can take a few minutes to populate after your first playlist upload. If it's still missing after 30 minutes, contact support to verify your playlist includes EPG information.
