Using V12Mate Player — beginner friendly. Most people are streaming in under 5–10 minutes.
If you already have TiviMate installed, please uninstall it first — otherwise V12Mate will not install.

Install Downloader App

Go to My Apps from Fire TV home screen
Navigate to the My Apps section on your Fire TV main menu.

Select Get More Apps
Choose the option to browse and download additional applications.

Search for Downloader
Choose Search, press Down, then OK, and type Downloader.

Select Downloader from the results
When results show, select Downloader and press OK.

Download the app
Choose Downloader → Download.

Wait for install
Allow the Fire TV to complete the download and installation process.

Return to the home screen
Do not open it yet — press Back to the Home screen.
Enable Developer Options & Unknown Sources

Go to Settings → My Fire TV
Navigate to the Fire TV settings and select the My Fire TV option.

Enable Developer Options
Open About and click Fire TV Stick 7 times to unlock Developer Options.

Enable ADB debugging
Press Back → Developer Options → enable ADB debugging.

Confirm ADB debugging is On
Verify that ADB debugging has been enabled.

Allow unknown apps
Select Install Unknown Apps → give Downloader permission (press OK).

Return home
Press the Home button to proceed with installation.
Install V12Mate via Downloader

Open Downloader
Launch the Downloader app you installed earlier.

Grant file access
Press Allow to grant Downloader file access.

Dismiss the welcome message
Close any welcome or introductory dialogs (press OK).

Enter the download code
Type the code exactly as shown, then press GO.

Accept the policy
Accept Privacy Policy → Install → confirm Install again if asked.

Install
Press Install and wait until it finishes.

Open V12Mate
When complete, press OPEN to launch V12Mate.

Add your playlist
Press Add Playlist to begin setup.

Select V12MATE
Choose the V12MATE option for automatic configuration.

Enter your credentials
Enter your username and password — no server address is needed since it's our player.

Keep VOD and TV selected
Press Next, making sure both VOD and TV channels stay selected.

Let it process
Wait about a minute while it configures your settings.

You're done
Press Done and wait a few seconds — you're ready to watch!
Troubleshooting & Tips
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If no channels load and the content count doesn't show, your login details are likely wrong. Go to Settings → Playlists → V12Mate → Xtream Codes Parameters and double-check your username and password, including capital letters.
EPG (Program Guide) Information
The EPG loads in the background, so give it a little time. You can check its status any time in Settings → EPG.
Developer Options Tip
If Developer Options is hidden, go to About and click Fire TV Stick 7 times to enable it.
